- Heat a pan with oil. Add the onions & Fry them for a minute. Then add chopped garlic & tomatoes. Stir them and cook until they mix.
- Now add all the spices one by one. Pour little amount of water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to low heat. Now add the chickpeas, mix them well with the spices. Cook for 10mins on low heat. At the end garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Serve them with roti or Paratha.
