- Firstly wash and strain it soaked dal
- Now transfer the jar then add black pepper corn, garlic cloves some little water make a gradual paste
- Now transfer the bowl then add all given ingredients mix it well
- Now heat the non stick frying pan gress with oil then put on spoonful mixture spread it round shape
- Now shallow fry it becomes both sides on lower flame (crispy and golden brown colour)
- Now remove the plates and serve it hot and ant types of chutney or sauce, tea
Take this paste out in a bowl and add chopped cabbage, chopped mint leaves, turmeric powder, cumin powder, hung curd, gram flour and salt. The word tikki in Hindi, means a small croquette or cutlet. So, the translation of chana tikki literally means chickpea cutlet or chickpea patty. They are known as kala chana tikki or kabuli kabab.
