- Fry onion until golden brown half of it put aside
- Now add chicken in to the pan add g g paste whole garam masala and yogurt and fry it
- Now add tomatoes green chillies and garam masala powder and fry again
- Whole funel seed and whole corander seed put in a cloth and tied it up and add into the chicken
- Now crushed funel seed and coriander seed and add into the chicken
- Now add water and cook in medium flame for 1/2 an hour
- Wash rice and soak for 1/2 an hour
- After half an hour add rice in chicken and cook until water evaporate
- Now add fried onion ghee and milk and cook it low heat for 15min
- After 15 min check rice if fully done dish out it
