Instructions to make Chana Dal Ki Poori:
- Soak the chana dal overnight or at least for 4 hours. Remove it's water.
- Heat a pan put green chilli, garlic salt and cumin seeds to it saute for 2 minutes. Now add chana dal and turmeric powder and 1/2 cup of water to it. And cook until the dal becomes soft.
- Let it cool. Now put cooked dal in a grinder and grind them to make a fine paste.
- Now take the weather flour add salt and oil to it. Mix well. Add little water to it and make a soft dough.
- Now make a small ball from the dough. And put the stuffing in it and cover it by making small balls. And roll it.
- Now cook it partially on tawa from both sides.
- Now heat the oil on high flame. And fry the partially cooked poori from both sides.
- Chana dal poori is ready.
