- Take 4-5 black pepper
- Make ready 2 Cinnamon sticks
- Make ready 2-3 Bay leaves
- Get 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tsp degi mirch
- Take 1/2 tsp dhania( coriander) powder
- Take 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Prepare 1 tsp honey
- Get 1 tbsp cream for garnish
- Get 2-3 tbsp Butter
- Take 1 tbsp ghee
- Make ready 1/2 tsp kasturi methi dry
- Get to taste Salt

- For the Tikka Chap - Take curds and mix all the dry ingredients and mustard oil and mix well.
- Add the chap pieces and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- In a grill pan add oil and place the tikka pieces.
- . Cook on low flame till both sides are cooked well.
- For Gravy…. In a kadhai add onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, whole garam masala, tej patta and butter.
- Add degi and mix well.
- Add butter saute for 5-6 minutes and add a cup of water and cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes or till tomatoes are soft.
- Grind the above and and strain it well.
- In a pan add the gravy and add butter to it. Add salt and honey and mix well.
- Take a boil. In a vagar pan add ghee and add red chilli powder and dhania powder.
- Add this to the gravy.
- Finally add kasuri methi and add the pieces of tikka chap.
- Serve with rice or roti or paratha.
