- Heat oil, add mustard and allow to splutter. Add dry chilli and urad dhal fry till golden.
- Now add curry leaves followed by onion. Saute till translucent.
- Add the beetroot, chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Add little water enough to cook the beetroot. Cover with and lower the flame.
- When cooked. Add coconut and garnish with coriander leaves.ready to serve.
