- Make ready 2 cups broccoli florets
- Prepare 2 tomatoes
- Prepare 1 onion
- Get 1/2 cup peas
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp haldi powder
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp garam masala
- Get 2 tbs chopped coriander leaves

Steps to make Broccoli Masala:
- First cut the broccoli in little large florets.
- Wash them and keep them aside.
- Heat up oil in a pan.add these florets and fry them for 5 mins.
- Now take them out in a plate.
- In the same pan add cumin seeds and chopped onions and fry them..
- Then add tomato puree including some masala like haldi powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder and salt as per taste..mix well.
- Cook for 5 mins untill masala leaves oil from the sides.
- Then add peas(matar)and fried broccoli florets in that..mix well with all ingredients..
- Cover it and cook for 5 mins.
- Then add half cup water to cook properly by covering a lid.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot..
