- Mash boiled potatoes without any chunks. Mix chopped coriander, cheese, onion,green chilli, ginger, salt and mix well.
- Add the rest dry marsala powder. Pour hot ghee on the potato mixture to remove raw smell. - - Add both cornstarch and began, mix and make balls as you like.
- Roll on poppy seeds and flatten Aloo tikki. Fry both the sides in hot oil. - Serve hot with sauces/chutney. - Thanks
