- Make ready 5 eggs (about 255 gr)
- Get 450 ml unsweetened soya bean milk
- Take 1/4 tsp salt
- Prepare 10 gr corn flour

- Prepare all ingredients. Soya milk can be homemade or store bought soya milk. Prepare baking pan, layer it with baking paper and spray some oil on the surface.
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Strain the egg mixture into the prepared baking pan
- Prepare your steamer. Pls cover the lid with some kitchen towel. If you forget this step, the tofu will not be smooth and will have a lot of bubbles. I forgot this step :) steam for about 20-30 minutes until the tofu is set.
- Done. If you keep it overnight in the fridge, the texture will be firmer. You can use this tofu for stir fry, soup etc.
- I cut the tofu into cubes, fry it in hot oil until a bit brownish. And stir fry the tofu with mixed vegetables. Healthy and easy!
