- Take a bowl, add 1 cup gram flour, 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain), 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 pinch baking soda, salt to taste & water (accordingly). NOTE: batter shouldn’t be thin/ runny.
- Now take another bowl, add all the ingredients for the stuffing mix it well and keep it aside.
- Slit the chilli, add the prepared stuffing and add into the prepared batter mixture.
- Meanwhile the oil is heated, add the chilli. Fry until crispy and brown. NOTE: Fry at low medium heat.
- Serve it immediately with mint chutney and Chai. Enjoy during the rainy days! :)
