- Add the red chilies to a bowl and soak them in hot water for 30 mins. Then make a paste of ginger and garlic.
- Make a paste of red chilli as well. - Take a pan and heat oil in it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and paste of red chilli to it. - Cook at low flame.
- Now add salt, soya sauce, ketchup, and sugar and vinegar. Cook for few more mins. Allow it to cool down.
- Then store it in a jar as it can be preserved for Upto 1 month.
