- Take Rose Marie Mayo
- Get 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Get Dash Tabasco
- Make ready Mix the above and keep in the fridge
- Take Twice Fry Masala Chips
- Get 500 g potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- Make ready 2 tbsp plain flour
- Get to taste Salt
- Take Dash pepper
- Get 1 tbsp Rajah Chaat Masala
- Prepare 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Prepare Oil for Deep Frying

Serve immediately with Fish Rava and Rose Marie Mayo.
