  7. Prepare 1/2 spoon Cumin
  8. Take 1 tbsp Channa dal
  9. Take 1 tbsp Urad dal
  10. Make ready Rock salt as required
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp oil

Cut away outer green skin from rind; discard. For the watermelon chutney, put the watermelon juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Slice the lamb between each rib, then plate with a drizzle of watermelon chutney and a side of celery. Watermelon rind (white part) chutney is a healthy and tasty chutney goes very well with rice.

Steps to make Watermelon chutney:
  1. Trolley wash the watermelon rind and chop it finally. Pickup and adorable at c**** seeds add chana dal urad dal red chilli and garlic wait until golden brown.
  2. Now add small onions and wait until onion turns translucent. Finally add tamarind, coconut, salt and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Wait until it completely cool down and finally grind coarsely. you can AC tempering if you wish but I have not added because this particular chutney without tempering will taste awesome.
  4. Note: you can also use mild red part of the watermelon drained butt peel off of the outer skin completely. You can solve this chutney with any breakfast or with warm rice.
