- Fry the sausage in the oil till light golden brown.Keep it aside
- In the same pan, add the onion, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano and ground black pepper. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in salt, canned tomato, water, chilli powder, green capsicum and garlic.
