- Clean and wash the arbi and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
- Cool and peel the arbi and cut into circles.
- Heat oil in kadai add ajwain,jeera,methi,hing turmeric powder,add green chillies,ginger chopped add tometo and cook till soft then add dry masalas and mix well add arbi and stir for a while.
- Add little water if needed add corriander leaves and serve with chapati and rice.
By the way, I learnt this recipe from my mom and she learnt it from her mom!! I've made a small change though - I did not deep fry it but used the air fryer for making it.
