- First we will take Moong Dal and grind it in mixer like medium fine Rava.
- Now take thick bottom Pan or Wok add Ghee in it on high flame. Once Ghee melts add Moong Dal Rava which we prepared and cook on medium low flame till it gets golden brown colour.
- Now we will add boiled Water and cook for 2 min.
- After cooking in Water we will add Sugar and cook till it starts leaving little Ghee back and gets thick in consistency.
- After leaving Ghee and getting thick consistency turn off the flame and add Cardamom powder, Saffron Threads, and Chopped Almonds in it and give a small mix. Now our Instant Moong Dal Halwa is ready to serve. Garnish with Almonds cut in to half and with little Saffron.
