- Take 1 1/2 cup Moong dhuli dal
- Make ready 1 chooped kheera( cucumber)

- Get 2 tsp lemon juice
- Get To taste salt

- Take 2 tsp Chopped hara dhania( coriander leaves)

- Prepare 1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 tbs tamarind chutney(sweet)
Instructions to make Moong Dal Chaat:
- First wash and soak moong daal for 2-3 hours.
- Then heat a pan. add ghee, jeera, adrak green chilli. Keep stir.
- Add dal and all spices.Add some water and cover it.
- Cook for 5-10 min. Keep stir and cook.
- Check it when cook. Off the flame.
- Then add lemon juice, hara dhania, meethi chutney(tamarind).
- Mix well.garnish with coriander and serve.y ou can add pomegranate in it.
