Brush some sauce from the slow cooker on top of the ribs and broil until the edges start to look crisp and broiled. Allow tented with foil to rest while you make the sticky sauce. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

- Prep the Rice ingredients. Add the rice to boiling water(water level should be about 1 finger above the rice). Simmer for 2 mins then add lime juice and zest, leeks and Chillies. Simmer for 2 mins and then add light soy sauce. And cook till it’s ready. Season accordingly
