- Now take a microsafe bowl put dark chocolate and add 3tsp water and melt it in microwave or double boiler
- Mix it well and add 3tsp warm milk and make a thin paste and add 1tsp rice crunch
- Do same with white chocolate and add 2 to 3 drops of red food colour
- Take a small glass put 1st layer of white chocolate and freeze for few seconds
- Take out from fridge and put second layer of mango
- Than spread some strawberry stick (crushed) on mango
- Now third layer spread dark chocolate and decorated with rice crunches and set for few seconds in fridge
- Take out from fridge and serve it

Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue whisking for a couple minutes until the pudding is thickened. Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the chocolate or vanilla extract.
