- Add in the spinach from Step 1 and fry.
- Add in the tarako, mix and fry. Finally, add the ponzu sauce directly to the pan and swirl it around. Quickly mix and remove from heat once cooked.
- All done!
Five minutes before they are done add the spinach and continue cooking until the potatoes are soft and the spinach wilted and cooked. Mash the potatoes and the spinach adding the hot milk and the butter. Add more milk if necessary to get your preferred consistency. Mashed potatoes and chopped spinach are baked with sour cream, butter and chives, and shredded Cheddar cheese is melted on top. Stir in spinach. then add salt& pepper to taste.
