- Now dip the balloon in the bowl and set them in freezer until firm.
- Poke the balloons and remove them from the firmed chocolate bowls.
- Now add the prepared mousse and decorate it with crushed chocolate, chocolate sticks, etc.
- Refrigerate for atleast one hour.
- Serve with coffee and enjoy.
Neither my husband nor I (nor my friend who makes it for cakes) considered this I personally didn't like the second version chocolate mousse at all! There was no complexity of flavors.
