I find that this gives my chilli a more 'traditional' taste than only using beans, which is another popular choice for vegan chillis. I've used the fresh mince (for example, this mix from Waitrose made from mushrooms, soya, and lentils) and have also used frozen vegan mince. Add chopped onions and chilli in the remaining oil and fry till they turn light brown. Mix well and put a lid on.

- Now add vinegar, Tomato, Soya & Red chilli sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Finally add fried Soya Chunks. Mix them nicely.
- Soya Chilli is ready to serve.
