Instructions to make Soya Dal Kabab:
- Soaked Chana Dal for 6-7 hours and keep aside
- At times of Cooking Kabab Soaked Nutrella Soyabean for 15 min or boil in hot water and Rinse Water from it.
- Now after Soaking Chana Dal your Dal is Ready for Making Kabab.Now take a Jar add Chana Dal grind it well and make a smooth Dry paste only using little amount of water.
- Now Crush Nutrella Soyabean in a Blender for mixing in Kabab
- Now mix both Ingredients together Chana Dal Paste, Crushed Nutrella Soyabean, Chopped Onion, Chopped Garlic, Chopped, Ginger, Green fresh Coriander, Green Chillies, and add 1 Spoon Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder,Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder,Salt to taste and lastly add half Cup Lemon juice.
- Mix well all ingredients together and Make Small flat Balls Deep fry in any Kadhai or Pan on medium flame Serve it hot with any Chutney or Sauce
