- Cube the bottle gourd
- Heat a pan add oil and temper the dry red chilli and celery seeds
- Add the bitter gourd and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add the bottle gourd cubes and fry covering it.
- Once the veggies are properly fried add the moong daal mix well
- Add water and cover it for 10 mimutes
- Finally add sugar and ginger juice
- The bitter moong daal is ready.
Heat oil in the same pan, add bitter gourd and fry until light brown. Transfer the fried gourd to a bowl. Add the dal and fried bitter gourd, stir.
