- Place a clean pot on fire, add palm oil, allow to heat up for awhile, add locusts beans(iru) and onions, fry a little (welcoming the sweet aroma)
- Add your pepper, bell pepper, onions, salt, spices& seasoning continuing stirring as u fry for 3min and add your meat.
- Add your cut vegetable, stir all together and allow to cook for 3min(don't like cooking veg for longer time)
