- Cook chicken with spice and seasonings. Remove d chunk and shred with fork or pound. Heat oil add Ginger and garlic along with shredded chicken add spice & stir fry remove from heat. Mix flour and little water to form a thick paste. Take d sheet and fold the curve part in two rub the paste to gum. Add d filling, rub paste and seal. Pardon me forgot to snap d step. And fry in hot oil. Drain and serve with your favorite dip
