- Take a blender jar & add garlic, ginger, tomatoes, cumin seeds, dried red chillies. Then blend it. Take aside.
- Make a fine paste.
- Heat pan & add refined oil, bay leaf, chopped green chillies.
- Then add sliced onions. Saute it till golden brown.
- Then add masala paste (blending stuff), salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Cook it for 5 minutes (medium flame).
- Keep stirring.
- Add boiled mix dal, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves. Cook it for 2 minutes.
- Make sure it doesnt stick at the bottom.
- Switch off the flame. Finally, add butter. Now ready to serve.
