- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside. Preheat the oven at 200C degree. Grate the onion and squeeze to get rid of onion water. In a large bowl, add meat, grated onion, bread crumb and all above mentioned spices. Mix all ingredients with hand until well combined.
- Take a portion of meat (as big as an orange). Give it a ball shape.
- Put your thumb finger in the middle of meat ball and make a big hole, until you have a bowl shaped meat. It's not difficult at all, if some of you worried about how to give a bowl shape. Simply turn your finger inside hole and make it bigger as you see in the following photos.
- Once all bowls are ready. Spray some vegetable oil on the parchment lined tray and place bowl shaped meat on the tray. Spray some oil on meal bowls too.
