- For making buttermilk: In a mixer add curd and water and grind it until it becomes frothy. Or we can use plain buttermilk
- In a mixer add cumin seeds, black pepper,hing, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chilli, salt etc and make it a smooth paste
- Now add the grounded paste into buttermilk and mix well
- Take a small Kadhai and add oil, once heated add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Turn off the heat.
- Your tasty and easy majjige saaru is ready to serve!!
