Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat cream cheese, softened, butter, sour cream and McCormick(R) Pure Vanilla Extract in large bowl until light and fluffy. This lemon cake is made but instead of adding vanilla add one teaspoon lemon extract and the zest of half a lemon.
Instructions to make Val cupcakes:
- Cream butter and sugar together until creamy and fluffy, add eggs and mix, add baking powder to flour and add to the butter mixture, mix until all ingredients are fully combined. Add flavours as desired. Put the cupcake papers in a cupcake pan, pour the batter mixture in it and bake in an oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- FOR BUTTER ICING…. Put butter in a bowl, add icing sugar and cream together until it's creamy and the butter cannot be seen. Add any flavor of your choice. I used a nozzle tip (STAR size 30). Put the butter icing in a nozzle pump or piping bag and pipe on the cupcakes.
- Your cupcakes are ready. Enjoy!
