- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius.
- Heat the oil, syrup and nut butter on the hob on a low heat until silky and combined.
- Core and grate the apples, before adding this and the cinnamon to the liquid.
- Put the oats and seeds in a large bowl and pour over the liquid, coating it all nice and proper!
- Bake for at least an hour, turning halfway if you like.
