- Wear a disposable glove and use hand to mix the sauce, vegs and meat until well combine,
- Marinate for at least 30 mins to one hour, you can also marinate overnight.
- Add some oil to the fry pan, add in the marinated meat and vegs into the pan, stir fry until the meat is cooked.
- Add in red or green chilli if you like,
- Well is cooked, turn off heat and serve on a plate.
- Add some leek strips on top and garnish with some sesame seeds. Finished.
