- Add stock cube.
- Keep adding milk and cornflour part at a time till fully dissolved.
- Season and add cheese.
- When melted add cheese 1 handful at a time, till melted, as required.
- Chop cauliflower and Leek and add to a dish (cauliflower first).
- Pour over cheese sauce.
- Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes on 200 (180 fan).
