- Add oil, apricot puree, crushed cranberries.

- Preheat the OTG at 180°C for 10 minutes
- Place the mould in the Preheated OTG at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, place the frozen apricots on the partial baked cake.. because we dont have to give the roasted look to the fruits.
- Keep it for 10 minutes more for baking.
- Once baked, take out demould and sprinkle some almond powder and powdered sugar
- Your cake is ready to eat after demoulding..
You need only a bowl and a wooden spoon or electric beater. This cake is so spongy and taste yummy. You can add some chocolate chips for extra taste, you could add some tutti fruity too.
