- Slowly add water and knead into a smooth dough.

- Make small holes on the crackers with a fork, so that it gets uniformly baked and doesn’t puff up while baking.
- Place these on a baking tray which is lined with parchment paper.Bake at 180 degree celsius for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow them to cool well on a wire rack.Store in air tight containers.
- Preheat your oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes.Make small balls from the dough and roll it into a very thin roti.
