Puding Raja pula dihidangkan dengan bahan-bahan yang berbeza di dalam satu bekas (analoginya adalah seperti rojak) iaitu secara berlapisan dalam satu bekas, dimulakan dengan pisang lemak manis/emas yang digoreng, kemudian jala/urat emas, ditaburkan sedikit buah prun, buah ceri, biji gajus dan akhirnya dicurahkan kuah kastard. Memang patutlah ianya dipanggil Puding Raja kerana bahan bahan yang diguna untuk membuatnya semua sedap sedap belaka seperti pisang Lemak Manis dan juga Jala Emas.

- Heat a frying pan with ghee and shallow fry the bananas on low heat until just brown..
- Mix the ingredients for the custard and sieve. Put them into a saucepan and bring to boil. Stir well until its slightly thick. Let cool then put them the fridge.
- Arrange bananas, prunes, cherries and cashew nuts into a bowl. Top with the golden noodles. Pour the custard and serve cold.
