- In a bowl break the eggs, add cream, milk and flour. Add the chopped feta.
- Wash the mint and chop it with scissors. Add it to the bowl with the courgettes.
- Butter the oven dish and sprinkle flour. Pour the mixture in it and cook for 40min at 200DC (fan). To avoid burning the top add aluminium sheet towards the end.
