- First fry the prawns in a pan with oil. Then add cooking sauce. You can add as much as you want. It depends on how thick you want your gravy. Then mix them and add little bit of water. Cover with the lid and cook it in medium to low heat.
- Once the prawns are cooked garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with flatbread or rice. As we love spicy curry I have added some chilli flakes on top.
