Stir-fry salmon over medium-high heat, about five minutes. Turn salmon over gently so that all sides cook evenly. - Add the sauce to the veg and cook for a further 2 or 3 mins.
- Serve the veg with the salmon.
Add soy sauce and peanut butter and stir through. Repeat with remaining combined oils and salmon. Return all salmon to wok with ginger and toss to coat.
