Now add some water if required because daliya has moisture and knead the dough. - cover the dough with a moist cloth and rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

- Grease it with ghee or oil and fold it from center now grease with oil or ghee and make triangle shape - Further, roll it in a thick triangle paratha you can make a circle if you want no on a hot Tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute, when the base is partly cooked, flip the paratha. Also, brush oil or ghee and press slightly cook until it turns golden brown
