- Time to assemble the burger…cut your burger bun into half and butter each side
- Clean your lettuce leaves…pat them dry…pick the best looking leaves and place them on the lower part of the burger…place your pattie
- Next is the onion,tomato,and cucumber slices….in whatever option you fancy
- Top up with mustard and place the other half of the burger….I used a skewer to hold it in place
