- Prepare 2 carrots finely chopped in matchsticks boil with the pumpkin
- Take 1 onion sliced
- Prepare 1 can pineapple slices I then cut them into small pieces.
- Prepare 2 peppers what ever colour you like chopped
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with cornstarch, dip in beaten egg. Fry until golden, crispy and cooked through. Sweet and sour chicken is a popular Chinese recipe.

- Put chicken back in the pan.Stir the sauce it will stick to the chicken when its at the right consistency.
