- Chop up your fruit, how small depends on how big your mold is, I only had a really small mold so I diced my strawberries quite finely, but if you have a bigger mold then you can do big chunks of fruit!
- Fill each mold about half way with the desired mix of fruit
- Pour Coconut water ontop and freeze for a couple hours until completely frozen! best to do it over night for the next day
- Enjoy on a nice hot summer day!
