- Bake in 375°F (190C) oven for 20 to 22 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre of muffin comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool.
Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup to the top. Remove muffins from tin and cool on a wire rack. Coat non stick muffin pan or line with baking cups. May be frozen. * * Or, purée fresh or canned apricot halves, adding a bit of liquid, until it is pourable. Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
