Instructions to make Barley bisi bele bhath:

First make powder- for that dry roast all the masala in pan first add chana, udad daal dry roast them for 1 min on low flame then add coriander seed, cinnamon stick, popy seeds, methi seeds, jeera, mustard seed, curry leaves,red chillies, dry roast them about 5-10 min on low flame, let them cool and make a powder. In grinder.
  2. Take 1/2 cup tuar daal and barley daliya in bowl wash them properly, soaked them in sufficient water for about 15 min
  3. After 15 min add salt and 1/4 tbs turmeric powder, add sufficient amount of water, take 2-3 whistle on medium flame
  4. Now cut these veggies
  5. Take 2 cup water boiled them till all veggies cook nicely
  6. Add cooked veggies and it's water into cookpad daal and barley
  7. Mix well now add 2-2.5 tbs powder that we made earlier
  8. Mix well, now add tamarind pulp, jaggery
  9. Now for tadka take a small pan add 2tbs oil, mustard seed, jeera, hing, curry leaves, crushed garlic,
  10. Let them sizzle, pour this tadka into daal barley mixture, mix well
  11. Cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 tbs if you want, drizzle some spiced bundi on it
