- Boil pasta in salted water , drain ,but keep some of boiling water to use later
- Heat oil on medium,when hot add fresh chilli,garlic(both chopped )
- After garlic lightly gold,add chopped anchovies,and dried chilli,stir to mix until dried chilli crisp
- Add pasta,stir to mix,and pasta warm evenly
- Add fresh basils leaves ,stir to mix,heat off,serve hot
In an ovenproof dish mix together tomatoes, anchovies, garlic, basil, oil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and tomato paste. Drain the pasta and mix with the tomatoes, half of the anchovy, the basil and the liquid from the oven dish. Stir in the anchovies, capers and red pepper and cook for a half-minute more, then turn off the heat. Stir in reserved pasta cooking liquid, then anchovy sauce and half of the panko mixture. Place a large sautΓ© pan over medium-low heat (I recommend a flat-sided pan for this recipe), then add the olive oil.
