- When serving: slice down almost all the way so it falls open revealing the inside. Pull off pieces of pumpkin and enjoy with stuffing!
Place pumpkin top next to pumpkin on the pan. Serve stew along with spoonfuls of pumpkin. Remove seeds and strings from cap and pumpkin. Season inside of pumpkin generously with salt and pepper. Vegan food is often stereotyped as being bland and boring.
