- In a pan, heat a tbsp cooking oil. Add the sliced chorizo. Stir fry it for 4 minutes until a bit darker red.
- Add chopped onion. Stir fry it for 2 minutes until the aroma is out and onions are cooked well.
- Add the sliced olives and capern, stir fry for 1 minute. All together.
- Add the tomato sauce/puree. Add 100 ml water to make the sauce a bit thinner.

- Place the pot on stove with lower heat. Pour in the mixture tomato sauce, mix it well with the pasta. Add 40 ml water, cook it for 1 minute until the pasta is covered with the sauce. Garnish the pasta with chopped basil.

The key is a good Chorizo sausage. It adds so much to the simple sauce!! In the bacon & chorizo fat, fry the onion and garlic until soft and translucent then add the tomatoes and sugar.
