- Stir in chicken stock, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, thyme, oregano and basil.
- Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Return chicken to the pan.
- Cook in the pan for about 30 minutes until cooked thoroughly.

Stir until fragrant, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, dried oregano, dried thyme, and fresh basil and reduce heat to low. Return chicken to the skillet and baste well. Melt butter with olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dust chicken with flour; shake off excess.
