The ingredients needed to make Ragi Sprouted Moong paratha:
- Get 1 cup ragi flour
- Get 1 cup water
- Take 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Get 1 tbsp white sesame
- Prepare To taste Salt

- Take 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- Take 1 tsp ginger grated
- Prepare 1 green chilli chopped
- Prepare 1 tsp Roasted Saunf/fennel seeds

Drain and keep aside to cool completely. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Shade dry the sprouted ragi,moong & wheat. Dry roast the almonds make powder and keep aside.
Instructions to make Ragi Sprouted Moong paratha:
- Boil water add salt, cumin, sesame and Ragi flour.
- Mix flour in boling water Very fast because ragi flour absorbs water very fast. Transfer in a plate and knead when it is cool.
- Meanwhile grind Sprouted moong, chilli, ginger, saunf, coriander & salt into puree in mixer grinder. Mix with kneaded ragi flour & knead again into soft dough.
- Make equal Rounds and roll all the parathas.
- Cook both sides applying ghee till turns light pink. Serve hot Healthy Tasty Parathas in a plate with Raita or pickle I served with Amla Chundo.
Moong Sprout Paratha or Spouted Moong dal Paratha is a simple paratha of whole wheat flour with the filling of sprouted moong dal. The filling is pre-cooked with chilli and garlic and then stuffed in the dough balls. Very simple, easy and healthy and on the same time tasty too. Similarly, add chopped baby carrots, chopped green beans and peas in a food processor and grind them. Transfer the Methi Sprouts Salad to a platter and serve as a diabetic snack or even as a side dish for lunch.
